New website on its way

under_construction_logo_smlLook out for our new website - soon to be taking over this space!
After many l-o-n-g hours of planning, research, learning (all over again!) and asking questions I have Private Collections new website almost ready to launch. We hope the change over should run smoothly - please let us know should you find any links not working etc. The new site is completely re-writen to give us scope for more information and galleries to show off work, and supply a great experience to our readers. Watch out for RSS feed links to keep up to date with promotions and news of portrait opportunities in and around Adelaide...

More sample images to enjoy

A selection of recent images has been compiled into a new audiovisual slideshow now available to view - link now added to our "Portfolio" page. All portrait photographs have been personally photographed for clients, with a few fresh designs thrown in. They've been photographed on location, around Adelaide's beaches, parks, gardens and homes. Having fun and getting everyone involved from planning to our final design session helps shape the final results for memorable professional portraits. I hope you enjoy the show and perhaps obtain a few ideas of your own that might lead to more creative work we can do.

Pregnancy Babies & Children's Expo

So many children and large tummys in one place! This years event (currently on at Wayville Showgounds, Goodwood, South Australia until tomorrow afternoon) is as big as ever with a great array of information and goodies for mums and dads to explore. This year I'm once again proudly supporting the Bonnie Babes Foundation as one of the select photographers around the country photographing for the Pride of The Nation Book. This extremely worthwhile cause has a booth at the expo and I've been happy to donate time to help man it over the weekend.
In addition Private Collections Photography has been selected as the preferred photographer in the unique "hello babe" bag also represented at the show. This cool, and VERY PURPLE bag is distributed freely through hospitals, clinics, doctors and ultrasound clinics across Adelaide, and contains a great selection of information and product trials for expectant and new mums. Now included in hello babe's collection is a special introductory voucher towards our photography services. You can find out more here on our promotions page - I look forward to hearing from all who were lucky enough to obtain one at the expo soon. -David.
