So many celebrations

Happy New year and holidays to everyone. January seems to fly past and we're so lucky to enjoy warm nights for the fun! SOOOOO many people out for fireworks - more on Australia Day to come...

Lots in mind coming up this year, not least will be catching up with many families who passed on warm wishes over the holidays (thank you :) ) and birthday sessions to give out.

But for now, enjoy the long summer days. I will be on "part time" between my own family time, with beach and strolling the morning sun rays in parks for those relaxed lifestyle shoots my favourite sessions this time of year.

As always, if your family's together (sometimes a miracle to get everyone at once) don't hesitate to grab them all and record the event. They grow up all too fast :)

Look forward to catching up during the year - David.

Thank you

Your smiles always deserve the best portraits and art we can conceive.

With very great thanks to all our families who invite me into your lives, to create art and photography collections for your homes and children, I hope you enjoy this collection of work glimpsed from the past year.

On Mothers Day it's always a reminder how important our families are to us. And specially to all the families I've had the pleasure to photograph for, I hope you've enjoyed your day, been spoilt, had laughs, remembered fondly and have lots of new memories to hold on to.

With heartfelt thanks and best wishes

-  David

Mothers Day all wrapped in a bow

Wishing all Mums a wonderful Mothers Day weekend

Limited edition gift box set from David Haddy

It's been a lovely week watching big smiles on faces, as final art pieces and smaller gift portraits are seen and collected for Mothers Day.

Hand Crafted portrait miniatures by David Haddy

As a little extra I created these cute gift box sets of miniature portraits that have gone out to some grandparents and special family members. I hope creating distinguished portraits help families to start creating their own personal print collections of fond family memories. As we know, digital images are very unlikely to last the test of time but I suspect these small hand crafted prints will still be in a frame on the sideboard, picked up, shared around and talked about way into the next generation.

To all our families - enjoy this weekend and hope all our mums get spoilt with hugs, laughs, stories and lots of smiles. :)

Happy Mothers Day  -  David
